SUMMARY:All Girls Karate Satellite Club
DESCRIPTION:An exciting new initiative in the heart of East London. This new satellite club will be based in Bow\, Tower Hamlets\, and will give young people (aged 14-19 years old) particularly female\, access to martial arts based activities that are designed just for them. The hour long sessions will enhance the young people’s well being\, in a fun environment with female role models and volunteers at hand to lend support. \nIf you’ve never tried martial arts/karate\, this is a great start-up opportunity and the best thing is you can settle into training at your own pace\, whilst also acquiring self-defence skills and fitness regimes that you can easily incorporate into your day to day routine.
