The Kaizen Cup brings together top quality students from around the country to compete for the Kaizen Cup Trophy. This year, we are excited to introduce the DOUBLE ELIMINATION format for kumite, where everyone gets more chances to compete!

You bring the high standards and we provide the fair judging – the perfect environment for tough, rewarding competition!

Competition Entry Fees: £22 per individual event / £25 pairs kata. Required equipment: Correctly fitted mouth guard / Blue & Red WKF style mitts and shin+foot protectors / Red & Blue belt. WKF style or approved body protector is optional below CADET (13yrs & younger). Chest shield is optional for women.
