An exciting new initiative in the heart of East London. This new satellite club will be based in Bow, Tower Hamlets, and will give young people (aged 14-19 years old) particularly female, access to martial arts based activities that are designed just for them. The hour long sessions will enhance the young people’s well being, in a fun environment with female role models and volunteers at hand to lend support.

If you’ve never tried martial arts/karate, this is a great start-up opportunity and the best thing is you can settle into training at your own pace, whilst also acquiring self-defence skills and fitness regimes that you can easily incorporate into your day to day routine. On top of that, you will join a social circle where you can make new friends.
