We are now offering regular zoom classes alongside our regular face to face indoor classes.
The lockdown has brought about change and created a new norm. We as a club have embraced this change and offered distant learning for the communities. This has meant that during lockdown people from around the country and the world are able to connect and engage in karate training. The online live classes offered via the Zoom platform has enabled all students, especially those who are shielding to continue their training, and benefit from regular exercise, keep a healthy well being physically and mentally.
As much as possible, zoom classes should be in addition to face to face training. Due to the nature of karate training, students need that physical adjustment and partner training to fully appreciate this Japanese martial art.
